Driving Directions

From Airport and North/East Locations

McMinnville is approximately 55 miles from Portland International Airport (PDX). Upon departing airport, stay to right and take 205 south for approximately 15-20 miles, to the I-5 North (Tigard) exit.

Proceed north on I-5 at the Tigard exit loop, again staying to the right because you will exit quickly on the Tualatin Exit 289 (Tualatin-Sherwood Road).

Turn left over the freeway at Tualatin Exit 289. You will see K-Mart on the right and Fred Meyer shopping center on left.

Stay on this road for approximately 2-3 miles until you reach Hwy 99W (Pacific Hwy) in Sherwood. You will see a large shopping mall on your left.

Turn left on 99W (Pacific Hwy) and proceed west through Newberg. In Newberg, the road splits to one-way for a short period - just continue west and proceed to through Dundee.

After passing through Dundee, there is a sign on the right identifying the bypass loop route to McMinnville. Do not take this route! Proceed west on 99W to McMinnville.

Approximately one mile after crossing the bridge into McMinnville, Hwy 99W splits again into one-way streets as it curves south (you will be on Adams). Stay in the right lane and proceed to 12th Street (Dairy Queen is on the corner). Turn right on 12th and proceed west until it ends at Michelbook Lane. Turn right on Michelbook Lane; you will see Michelbook golf course and parking lot on the left (west) side of street.

Approaching from Salem

Take 99W north until you reach McMinnville (approx. 20 miles). Hwy 99W splits into N-S one-way streets; you will be on Baker travelling north. Proceed until you reach 12th street (Shari's Restaurant is on the right). Turn left and proceed across Adams St. (you'll see the Dairy Queen) and into the residential neighborhood until it ends at Michelbook Lane. Turn right at Michelbook Lane. Michelbook golf course and parking lot is on the left (west) side of street.
